LLF Card Member FAQs 

 

Looking for general information about your new or existing LLF membership? We’ve created the below FAQs area to help quickly answer the most commonly asked questions relating specifically to our app. If you are looking for our main FAQs, please visit LLFcard.com/faqs

 

 

How does the subscription work?
Once you have subscribed, you'll have instant access to your digital card through your smartphone. You can also access your card at any time via any smart device or computer. Your subscription renews automatically to ensure you've always got access to your membership benefits, and can be cancelled by the member via the LLF Card app at any time.


All deals are listed in easy-to-navigate categories for members to view, and each deal can be redeemed either online using the exclusive discount code provided on the deal page, or if you are buying a service in person simply show your valid digital card to the retailer you are visiting. Some businesses may require you to call them to make a booking or request a quote. You will simply need to mention the discount code visible on the supplier's LLF card deal page when calling to receive a preferential rate or discount.

 

 

How do I unsubscribe?
You can cancel your membership without any notice. Simply go to ‘My Account / Profile’ via the link on the home page of the app and click 'Subscription'. Here you will be able to cancel your subscription by simply tapping the unsubscribe button. The system will ask you to confirm, and once you tap the confirm button your ongoing subscription and future payments will then be cancelled immediately.


If you are a monthly subscriber and you cancel your membership during the month, you will still have access and full use of your digital card until the end of the current monthly billing period. Access and use of the card will then terminate when the next payment would have normally been due. If you are an annual subscriber who cancels during their active yearly subscription, you will still have access and full use of the card until the expiry date shown on your card.

 

 

How do I save the LLF Card to my home screen?
Android: Whilst the App is open, ensure you are on the home page then tap the menu button (three dots on the bar at the top of the screen) and tap ‘Add to Home screen’.


iPhone & iPad: Whilst the App is open, ensure you are on the homepage then tap the ‘Share’ button on the browser’s toolbar — that’s the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward. Then tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu.


I'm having trouble logging in
Please check that your login details are correct and that your membership is active. If you already have an email registered with us, please request the 4-digit verification code to be sent to your email or enter your password. If your account is inactive, you can log in and go to the Home tab where you can then click the ‘Buy / Renew Membership’ link and select a new subscription option. Once you have purchased or renewed your membership, please allow 5-10 seconds for the system to update and any messages displayed in a red banner will then disappear and you’ll have full access again. If the message does not disappear, simply pull down/refresh the page.

 

 

I haven’t received my verification code
Please check your email spam/junk mail folder. It will be sent to the email address you have registered with us shortly after requesting it.

 

 

One of the discount codes isn’t working
Please get in touch with us via info@llfcard.com if you are experiencing any issue with your digital card app, or if you find a discount code that is not working. Please always check you are entering the code correctly (including case-sensitive letters) on the supplier's website before contacting us. If you are experiencing issues completing or making a payment on a supplier's website for an order, please make contact with them as we do not process any payments on behalf of our suppliers.

 

 

How do I update my personal details?
Click on the ‘My Account / Profile’ link located on the Home page and you will be directed to the settings area where you can manage the following: upload a photo of yourself, edit your personal details, set your notification preferences, cancel your subscription, and sign in/out.

 

 

What does each tab mean at the base of the page?
The Home icon takes you to LLF Card homepage where you can access the rest of the card, such as the discounts area, your account profile, buying/renewing membership, and the LLF YouTube channel. The Gift Box takes you to the Discounts & Offers area. The Speech Bubble is where notifications will appear. Finally the User image displays your Membership Card and also allows you to access your Account Profile by tapping on the circular black I button located beneath it.

 


What are the Deals & History options at the top of Discounts & Offers?
The Deals option shows you all the deal categories and offers currently available from our suppliers. The History option lets you easily access all the deals you have used in the past.

 

 

Can I get a refund on my membership?
Your subscription renews automatically to ensure you've always got access to your membership benefits, and can be cancelled by the member via the LLF Card app at any time. If you do not wish to renew your subscription, please ensure you cancel your membership before the next payment is due. If payment has already been taken, unfortunately we are unable to issue a refund. If you are a monthly subscriber and you cancel your membership during the month, you will still have access and full use of your digital card until the end of the current monthly billing period. Access and use of the card will then terminate when the next payment would have normally been due. If you are an annual subscriber who cancels during their active yearly subscription, you will still have access and full use of the card until the expiry date shown on your card.

 

 

Can I pause my subscription?
This is not currently an option, so you would simply need to cancel your subscription by visiting the ‘My Account / Profile’ area from the home page of the app, then unsubscribe under the ‘subscriptions’ option. You can then sign up again at a later date.
